The Gang Management screen is accessed via a button on the toolbar that appears under the minimap. It allows you to choose members of your gang, and then customise their perks and weapons. The main screen lists all henchmen that are currently available; selecting one enables buttons that allow you to Hire, Fire or Examine them. I was half expecting Penultimo to pop up at one point and start spouting loyalist propaganda all the while wearing a cheesy gangster hat. If you don’t know who that is kids, then play your “Tropico” and be a better man/woman for it.
