- Beth Ryan (@BethCRyan) reported
@AEPOhio Why do some shopping centers have power while hospitals have theirs shut down? Do you have a Public Communications department? Please use your voice to keep us informed. And spend money on improving your infrastructure so future interruptions in service can be minimized.
- Lexx G (@mushroomlg) reported
@AEPOhio Nothing like having no power with pets in an nothing like having no power for days with pets during an extreme heat wave. Pet friendly hotels don’t even have power. Of course living in a low priority area like north linden we will be least of priority.
- hugh mayle (@hkmayle3) reported
@Sports_EZK @AEPOhio I feel you . I just lost an entire refrigerator full of food after going to the grocery the day before the power outage . The obvious solution is for power lines to be buried underground but the power companies don't want to invest in this infrastructure .
- 🔥ꜱᴋɪᴅᴅᴇʟᴢ🔥 (@MayorEFT) reported
@AEPOhio @997theblitz I honestly don’t think I go a single morning without seeing your dumbass employees drive like ****.
- Kalamity Paine (@KalamityPaine) reported
@AEPOhio You suck AEP. You knew this storm was coming and you knew it was going to be bad yet you did nothing to prepare. But you made millions in profit Q1. @PUCOhio you need to do something about this. No power for four days in 2022 is unacceptable.
- Kalamity Paine (@KalamityPaine) reported
@AEPOhio @PUCOhio Going further....landlords have 24 to fix any plumbing/heating/cooling issues as this is deemed emergency services. But utility companies? They can take days? During a heat wave?@PUCOhio DO SOMETHING.
- Kit 🦊🏳️🌈🔞 !OF! (@Kits_Adventures) reported
@JailbirdMJ @AEPOhio From this engineers perspective, these issues exist when service providers opt to pad profits rather than invest in infrastructure upkeep and preventative maintenance. AEPs power grids are typically a decade behind modern power technology, at a minimum.
- Ben Austen (@BenAusten420) reported
@AEPOhio Your company is pathetic your monopoly on power has allowed you to abuse the grid and your power for too long. How is 500 people a respectful number when you have a quarter million out of power that is a joke You should have literally five times that
- Ben Austen (@BenAusten420) reported
@AEPOhio And if you guys can't pay them then your CEO should have to have it taken out of their bonuses because I guarantee you this is not necessary it's only happening because you guys put the bare minimum in to your grid You have no competition in no accountability.
- Uncle Ha❌❌ (@Corbo_53) reported
Remember the next time @AEPOhio says they value or care for their costumers they decided to intentionally leave 150,000+ without power on the 3 hottest days of the year. Also remember @MayorGinther and @GovMikeDeWine let it happen.
